Upload your own digital photos, minimum 3.5 mega pixel with a " jpeg" format to VICTORIANTEK. We will digitally stage your selected property (Realtors) or residence (Homeowners) up to five rooms with the selected design motif
and décor style per your description. Additional rooms and design scenes of the same property are $25 each above the initial first five rooms or scenes. SEND PICTURES TO: victoriantek@gmail.com
COST: $260 for 5 rooms
At VICTORIANTEK Virtual Staging, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
We provide a variety of service plans for your convenience including:
We will travel up to a 15 mile radius of our office to your location to digitally photograph your Real Estate Listing
(MLS) or Home. We will take a number of photo shots so that you have a liberal selection should you decide to add photos or scenes at an addition $25 for each photo above the first 5 rooms or scenes.
COST: $400 for 5 rooms

COST: $460 for 5 rooms
NOTE: If your picture file format is other than "jpeg" we do have the capability to convert to the required format. Many cell phone digital pictures record in the "png" format or other. When taking your own pictures please step back and capture the vacant room image by placing the camera at a 5 foot height off the floor for the best results. Best angles is to capture rooms at full length and full length diagonal to pull in more than one area like living room and dining for best design staging. Please see our gallery for examples. Should you require format conversion we charge $45 per hour (minimum one hour charge).
SERVICE PLAN #4 - Picture Mounting for your images
Please submit the size and quantity that you desire of your selected virtually staged images. We will email you with a custom quote for mounting and delivery. You may select to use your own reprographics provider of your choice in your own geographic area. Your printed image, once printed, can be displayed on easels stands as not to disturb your finished interior paint.
